Our Visa's Have Been Approved!

We have officially been allowed into the country! Everything went well during the application process and the cost of the visas were not as much as we thought they were going to be. God truly blessed! We have 12 weeks left until our departure. With so many things to accomplish before we leave, and with the holidays upon us, those 12 weeks are going to fly by!

Michael and I leave in 6 days for a week trip to Portugal. We hope to secure housing during this time. As that will help reduce the amount of "shock" we will experience when we return to stay. The thought of looking for a house in a foreign land with all the kids, sounds overwhelming, and something I don't really want to do. So, please help us pray that God will open that door soon after our arrival so that we can get that part out of the way and use the remainder of our trip for other business. We hope to have time to shop for large appliances and household items while there, so that we will have a better idea about the mount of money we will need to set up house keeping. There isn't any use trying to ship what we already have as nothing will be usable there.

We hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving and realized the blessings the Lord has bestowed on each of us.

Grandma Lucy & Grandpa Bill

These are my Grandparents, Bill and Lucille Little. They live in Missouri and we don't get to see them as often as we'd like. They are both nearing 80 years old. Don't they look good?! A few summers ago, my Dad pulled Grandma behind his boat on an inner tube! I believe she was 75 at the time! It was on a summer vacation visiting them as a kid when I learned to water ski. Soon after that, Grandpa pulled 6 of his grand daughters skiing at one time! They took a picture and it was later put in the newspaper.

Just Paw Paw

This is my Dad, Bill Little. My kids have so many "Paw Paw's" that we had a hard time knowing who they were talking about when they referred to one of them. So the girls started calling him "Just Paw Paw", indicating he was the one without a wife. We were able to spend some time with him the day before Thanksgiving. We had fun on the tree swing and on the go-kart. Just Paw Paw always has the best toys!

Nanny & Paw Paw

This is Mike and Janice Quick, Michael's Mom and Stepdad. I took the kids to spend an afternoon with them a few weeks ago. Nanny cooked us a delicious dinner with plenty of vegetables! Nanny always takes good care of us! Plenty of fruit and veggies...yum!

Mimi and Paw Paw

The Tesseneer Family Reunion was held a few weeks ago at my Aunt's house. These pictures were taken there. This is my Mom, Wanda and my Stepdad, Terry. They've been married, going on 30 years now. We enjoyed a day with plenty of food, fun, fellowship and of course, Alabama Football! I guess this is the part where I'm supposed to say...Roll Tide!!

Justice enjoyed attention from his Paw Paw. He doesn't exhibit that "afraid of you at first" attitude all the girls had at his age. If he likes you, and he know right off if he does, he won't leave you alone. As you can see from the picture above, Paw Paw was on his "like" list!
