Friday Photo Flashback

Back when I used to could say, "The Girls" when I referred to my children.

Before our little terror boy entered our lives and changed the world as we knew it.

These were the days of sweet, pink, little girl loves.... I cherish those days.

While carrying our fifth child I no longer prayed for the birth of a son, but for a fifth daughter. It was easier that way and I thought it cruel to bring a boy into the family after having 4 girls.

Little did I know, it wouldn't be him that suffered, but his 4 older sisters!! He can take care of himself, that's for sure. He threw us all for a loop, but it's been an amazing ride!

So...for Friday Photo Flashback, I remember the days of bows, lace and princess parties.

Without the disturbance of a little brother bombing us with army men and sweet grins. ;)

I can still hear Livingstone say "girls" . His vocabulary has increased quite a bit with Bro. Chris. He may even have him preaching by now. LOL

I love the pictures of the girls.

AH, my sweet girls.
I made oatmeatl raisin cookies last night and thought about them and wished you were near so they could help.
Cleaned Nemo's tank this morning and thought about Faith and how she always wanted to feed Nemo.
I miss you so much... love Mom

I just had my first boy...I was worried that he would be running for cover, but from reading your post, I'm thinking maybe it will be the other way around!

Cute "Girls" photos :o) When our two girls were younger, their little brother was often an unsuspecting "member" of their many skits, home programs, productions, etc...

He always managed to "bring" into all that...his "boy-influences"... the army, the action, the sports, hunting, rough and tumble, you-name-it kinda stuff...regardless if the extravaganzas had anything but that in his sister's plans.

Fun memories!

Blessings & Aloha!

Boys! I observed it all first hand. He does have them all under his control! LOL

God just wanted to add a little more humor to your family and balance. ;)

I often wonder what our family chemistry would have been like had we had a baby girl. ;)

I had to chuckle over this and what you wrote about Justice changing things and holding his own. He will be one special dude!
