Baptism and Salvation

Sunday was a special day for our family.

My husband baptized his first two people here in Portugal!

Taken last summer at a baptism. I forgot my camera Sunday...gasp!

AND....two ladies that have been attending our services semi-regularly got saved!! One of the ladies was the wife of a man that was baptized. What a joyous Sunday for that family!!

We are more busy in the ministry than ever before....and starting in February, it's only going to get busier! We're adding an English service as well as possible English language classes as a tool to share the Gospel. Help us pray about this please.

We are so thankful to be here, in this country, serving a Huge God!!

Praise the Lord! We serve a mighty God. The people there are blessed to have you and Michael. Can I say something? At the end of my Emmaus Walk Sunday night I got up in front of an auditorium half full of people. Now if you know me, you know I dont talk in front a lot of people. I dont know if I knew at the time but I do now. It was only the Lord that kept telling me.. GET UP THERE AND TELL ALL THESE PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE A HUSBAND AND SON WHO ARE LOST AND ASK THEM TO PRAY UNTILL SOMEONE TELLS THEM THEY ARE SAVED!
It was just amazing at the men and women who came to me after and said they had wrote Terry's and Zachary's name on paper or in THEIR BIBLE!! and said they will keep praying. One day I will be sitting there watching my husband and son getting baptized!.
What a joyous Sunday that will be!
God is sooooo good!

Love you, Mom

Prasie the Lord for his faithfulness and all the blessings of surrendered lives. I am so happy about both events. Michael told me you were VERY busy and I can see why. I am assuming the English sermon is at the larger church. That is awsome. I love you all and though I cannot be there in body, my spirit rejoyces with you.

English classes! That does sound exciting...I'm sure you will enjoy that.

I love baptism pictures especially the ones outside. We haven't had a baptism outside since we've been at this church. (3 yrs) I miss that...there's just something different about it.

We will be praying for you guys!
