A Week Just Isn't Long Enough

I can hardly believe that Nanny and Papaw will be leaving in three days! Time is flying by.

Their luggage made it to our home without harm last Tuesday evening and we prepared the gifts for the kids to have Christmas Wednesday morning.

The weather has been difficult. It hailed on us while at the market Thursday and poured down rain while trying to walk around a castle built in the 10th century. But we're having a good time just talking and catching up.......

(that's nanny and Papaw in the distance)

We had some friends over for New Years Eve. Food was great, ping pong was fun and the fireworks were pretty. But the laughs we all shared were the best of all!

Good to hear that all the luggage arrived!

And how fun to have a full house to celebrate! I agree, I love when we have family and friends together...especially sharing in the laughter!

Blessings & Aloha!

Wow, it looks like you had a wonderful Christmas and New
Year. So glad all the gifts made it, I know it's not about the gifts, but they sure are nice.

I bet it was so nice to spend the holiday with family. Your husband looks so much like his mom.

Oh btw, I noticed your husband began wearing a Dobbs Cap. How funny is this, my husband began wearing one several months ago 'cause his head was cold. I like the capps, they're cute!

Anyhoo, hope you have a wonderful new year Nina!!

I totally empathize. A week is definitely too short when you are away for so long from your family.

Such sweet times though and you will remember them always.

Justice is getting big. Looking just like his daddy. Love the hats.

we are really enjoying our rest. We go to the Spa Hotel tomorrow.. Yippeee. I bought a couple surprises for my hubby. jejeje

Big hugs
